It’s a real street-style address — 435 Murphy Rd Ste B-1, Stafford, TX 77477 — with your own private box number. Unlike a USPS PO box, it can receive packages from UPS, FedEx, DHL and Amazon, not just USPS.

Just a valid government-issued photo ID. To receive mail on your behalf we’ll fill out a USPS Form 1583 together — most customers are done in about 10–15 minutes at the counter.

Yes — we accept and sign for USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL and Amazon deliveries and hold them safely at the counter until you pick them up. No more porch theft or missed-delivery slips.

We take cash, card, check (payable to Talal Technology Group LLC) and Zelle. You pay at the counter — there’s no online payment needed to reserve a box.

Yes. You can list authorized recipients on your account — helpful for families, spouses, or business staff — so they can collect mail and packages for the box too.

Mon–Fri 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM, closed Sunday. Your mail is accessible during business hours, and your box stays yours around the clock.

Absolutely — many local LLCs and online sellers use it as their professional address for websites, Google listings and vendor paperwork. We receive mail and packages on the business’s behalf and hold them securely.
