How setup works
- Review the annual plan and complete your payment securely through Clover. Save your payment receipt.
- Visit the store to complete identity verification and the mailbox agreement. Call first for the current document requirements.
- Bring your Clover receipt to the store. We will verify payment and complete setup before assigning your mailbox address and access instructions.
Payment alone does not activate a mailbox or authorize use of an address. This reserves a mailbox plan, not an appointment time. Package collection may require staffed store hours.
